Which massage is right for you?

Swedish massage

Long, flowing strokes with firmer pressure to work through tight shoulders, neck and back. A great choice if you sit at a desk all week, have been training hard or simply carry tension in your muscles.

Relaxation massage

A lighter, slower full body massage designed to calm the mind as much as the body. Ideal if you want to unwind, sleep better or just have an hour to yourself.

Hot stone massage

Smooth heated stones are used alongside massage to warm and relax the muscles. It feels deeply comforting and is especially popular in the cooler months.

Lemongrass salt scrub

Our full body scrub uses magnesium salt with an argan and coconut oil blend, finished with hot towel removal. It is the ultimate massage and exfoliation combo and leaves your skin smooth and refreshed.

Turn your massage into a spa day

Add an hour in our therapeutic magnesium spa and eucalyptus steam room after your massage for $35 per person. If you want the full experience, our spa packages combine massage with facials, foot rituals and spa time, such as Massage Mania (2 hours, $265) with a 1 hour Swedish massage, signature foot ritual, argan oil head and scalp massage and a magnesium lemongrass body scrub.

Massage for two

Coming with your partner or a friend? We have double treatment rooms so you can enjoy your massage side by side. See our couples massage packages, or for bigger groups and hens parties visit hens party spa packages.
