Your relaxation & tranquillity is our priority. We ask you to silence your your mobile phones upon entry to our spa. Feel free to arrive a little earlier & relax in our outdoor area prior to your treatment.


If you intend using  our spa or steam room, bring your swimwear. We will supply you with a gown, slippers & disposable underwear (if you wish to use them), otherwise, bring a spare pair of underwear to wear home.


We have a strict 24 hour Cancellation Policy. Any cancellations or “no shows” within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% fee of your booked treatment cost.

We take pride in our work & preparation, & like yours, our time is highly valuable.  So please contact us as soon as possible should you need to change your appointment.


All appointments are to be secured with a 50% booking fee. Bookings can be made by telephone or directly on our website (anytime).


We take pride in presenting your gift certificate package so your recipient will be impressed with your choice. A gift certificate is deemed as a referral, so make sure you give us your name as the purchaser.
Our gift certificates are valid for 3 months, however, if you need to extend the expiry date, you must phone BEFORE that date to have it extended, otherwise, it will be forfeited.


We suggest you arrive 15 minutes earlier to complete your record card. For any advanced rejuvenation technology, we need to know about your medication. If you’re not familiar with the name/s of it, please write it down or bring it with you.
If you’d like our professional advise on your skin care, please feel free to bring that with you also.
