SPA ETIQUETTE:

Your relaxation & tranquillity is our priority. We ask you to silence your your mobile phones upon entry to our spa. Feel free to arrive a little earlier & relax in our outdoor area prior to your treatment.

ATTIRE:

If you intend using  our pool, bring along your towel & swimwear. We will supply you with a gown, slippers & disposable underwear (if you wish to use them), otherwise, bring a spare pair of underwear to wear home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a strict 24hr. Cancellation policy. Any cancellations or “no shows” within 24hrs of  your appointment will result in a 50% fee of your booked treatment cost.

We take pride in our work & preparation, & like yours, our time is highly valuable.  So please contact us as soon as possible should you need to change your appointment.

BOOKING:

All appointments are to be secured with credit card details. Bookings can be made by telephone or directly on our website (anytime).

GIFT CERTIFICATE:

We take pride in presenting your gift certificate package so your recipient will be impressed with your choice. A gift certificate is deemed as a referral, so make sure you give us your name as the purchaser.

NEW CLIENTS:

We suggest you arrive 15 mins earlier to complete your record card. For any advanced rejuvenation technology, we need to know about your medication. If you’re not familiar with the name/s of it, please write it down or bring it with you.
If you’d like our professional advise on your skin care, please feel free to bring that with you also.
